    • Bengal School of Art.
    • Didarganj Yakshi, Amaravati Yakshas & Yakshinis.
    • Sanchi Stupas.
    • Kalpasutra Manuscripts.
    • Indian Folk Art.
    • Impact of Persian Art over Indian Art.
  • Indian Sculptures:
    • Mathura & Amaravati School of Art.
  • History of Western Art:
    • Impressionism: Claude Monet, Manet and any other 5 Artist.
    • Post: Impressionism
  • Aesthetics:
    • Detailed study of colours, Basic types, Nature of Colours, Tints, Tones and Shades of Colour. Emotional effect of Colours on human beings.
    • Define terms Rasa, Bhava, Modernity, Gestures, Posters, Stained glass and Folk Art.
» Practical
  • Scale drawing: Plans and sections of simple furniture like - Chairs, Tables, Almirah, Beds etc. (Medium: Pencil or charcoal)
  • Designing furniture using all these simple, parallel and angular perspective of geometrical solids.
  • Book Covers: Size 25" x 30 cm.
  • Landscapes : Study of Nature ( Medium : Water or Oil Colour)

  • Detailed study of these "Isms" : Surrealism, Cubism, Futurism. Their painting style and about the artists of that periods.

  • Evolution of oil painting.

GOOGLE-4-DOODLE

contest 2012. The theme of Doodle 4 Google India 2012 is 'India: A prism of multiplicity. On October, this year,
Google invited enthusiastic participants between the ages of 5-16 years to design and create a logo.
And after much evaluation, the judges gave their verdict by voting Arun Kumar Yadav's doodle as the national winner.
Google has also declared the category winners of the competition.

M/s Pidilite Industries ltd. on 10th November 2012 at school premises.

All the senior students participated in the event and learned the various application techniques of acrylic colours.
